Qualifications:

Supervisor (Civil): Must have a National Certificate in Technology with 3 years of experience, or have passed six G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) subjects in no more than two sittings with at least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a recognized engineering establishment, government, local government, or state corporation.
Driver: Must have passed six G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) subjects in a maximum of two sittings with at least two credit passes. Additionally, must possess a heavy vehicle license from the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic and have a minimum of three years of driving experience with that license.
General Qualifications for both positions: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka, physically and mentally fit for the job, and have excellent moral character.
