Description of The Job
An Accounts Executive manages daily financial operations, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with financial policies. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments, and assisting in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. The Accounts Executive also supports import and export documentation, oversees month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensures smooth financial transactions.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
Qualification for This Job
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or part/full qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA).
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
