Qualifications

Salary Rage 

CA Sri Lanka – Minimum Allowance Structure (Effective from January 1, 2025)

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) has increased the minimum allowance structure by 20% for all registered CA students undergoing training with approved training partners. This applies to trainees who have signed a tripartite training agreement and are above 17 years old at the commencement of training.


Minimum Allowances

      • Business Level (Curriculum 2022)
          • At Commencement: LKR 12,000
          • After 1 Year: LKR: N/A
          • After 2 Years: LKR: N/A

      • Corporate Level (Curriculum 2020)

          • At Commencement: LKR 15,000
          • After 1 Year: LKR 19,000
          • After 2 Years: LKR 21,000

      • Strategic Level (Curriculum 2020)

          • At Commencement: LKR 19,000
          • After 1 Year: LKR 22,000
          • After 2 Years: LKR 30,000
These allowances are the minimum compensation training partners are expected to provide CA trainees.
