The Ministry of Public Administration is recruiting staff for the RIDEP project, which is funded by JICA and aims to improve rural infrastructure in Sri Lanka. Deputy Project Director (PS2) - 01 Post (PMU) Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the University Grants Commission.
          • A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience at the management level (including 05 years at a senior level).
          • Must be a Member of the Sri Lanka Engineering Council.
          • A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
          • Experience in rural road and irrigation projects is an added advantage.
      • Salary: Rs. 1,630,000 – 1,850,000

Senior Engineer / Procurement Specialist (PS3) - 03 Posts (PMU) Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission.
          • 12 years of post-qualification experience, including experience as a Senior Engineer.
          • Membership in the Sri Lanka Engineering Council.
          • Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects.
      • Salary: Rs. 1,350,000 – 1,500,000

Environmental and Community Development Specialist (PS3) - 01 Post (PMU) Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission.
          • 12 years of post-qualification experience.
          • Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects.
      • Salary: Rs. 1,350,000 – 1,500,000


Project Accountant (PS4) - 05 Posts (PMU) - Colombo & PIUs (U.P/N.P/U.M.P & Uva)

      • Qualifications:
          • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
          • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
          • Minimum 04 years of experience in a Grade 1 post.
          • Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects.
      • Salary: Rs. 950,000 – 1,150,000


Accounts Assistant - 02 Posts (PMU) - Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Passed G.C.E (A/L) with three (03) honors, including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics.
          • At least 03 years of experience as an Account Assistant in foreign-funded projects.
          • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
      • Salary: Rs. 640,000 – 800,000


Driver - 02 Posts (PMU) - Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Passed G.C.E (O/L) with 06 subjects, including at least two credit passes.
          • Valid driving license with a minimum of 05 years of experience as a driver in a foreign-funded project.
          • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
      • Salary: Rs. 640,000 – 800,000


Office Assistant - 02 Posts (PMU) - Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Passed G.C.E (O/L) with 02 subject passes.
          • At least 05 years of experience in a foreign-funded project.
      • Salary: Rs. 640,000 – 800,000


Engineer Approving Officer (PS4) - 04 Posts - PIUs (P.P, N.P, U.M.P & U.V.)

      • Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the University Grants Commission.
          • Minimum 08 years of experience in a relevant field.
          • Membership in the Sri Lanka Engineering Council.
          • Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects.
          • Experience in rural road and irrigation projects is an added advantage.
      • Salary: Rs. 950,000 – 1,150,000


Engineer Cum Compliance Officer (PS3) - 01 Post (PMU) Colombo

      • Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the University Grants Commission.
          • Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.
          • Membership in the Sri Lanka Engineering Council.
          • Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects.
      • Salary: Rs. 1,350,000 – 1,500,000


Technical Officer (Drinkable Water) - PS6 Category A - 04 Posts - PIUs (UP, U.P, UP & Uva)

      • Qualifications:
          • National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5 or an equivalent qualification.
          • Minimum 13 years of experience in a relevant field.
          • Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects.
      • Salary: Rs. 640,000 – 800,000
