  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Law, or a related discipline, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Legal Compliance. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, ethical judgment, and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Compliance/Monitoring & Auditing, Risk Assessment & Mitigation, and Reporting & Analytical skills is considered an advantage.
