Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, recognized by the University Grants Commission, with a Master's degree (MBA or MS) being highly preferred. They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, data architecture, or business intelligence, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, specifically within the highly regulated Financial Services or Banking sector. Technical expertise is required in Master Data Management (MDM), data warehousing, cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Mesh, and GenAI/RAG architectures. Additionally, strong leadership skills, exceptional change management, team-building abilities, a solid understanding of banking regulations, and excellent communication skills for presenting to executive committees and the Board of Directors are essential.
