Available Positions & Qualifications:
1. Accountant
- HNDA / ICASL / CIMA / ACCA (intermediate) or a Degree in Management/Commerce.
- 3 years of post-qualification managerial experience.
- Internal Candidates: 5 years in JM Grade I (Accounts).
- Salary: Rs. 91,690 – 168,240 (Basic: Rs. 71,730).
2. Registrar
- Degree in a relevant field with 1 year of experience.
- Internal Candidates: 5 years in JM service category.
- Salary: Rs. 91,690 – 168,240 (Basic: Rs. 71,730).
3. Assistant Registrar
- Degree with 2 years’ administrative/management experience in public/statutory boards.
- Internal Candidates: 5 years in Administrative Assistant Class II or Management Assistant Class I.
- Salary: Rs. 74,010 – 124,330 (Basic: Rs. 59,552).
4. Librarian
- Degree in Library Science with 2 years’ experience in a Higher Educational Institute (HEI) library OR Diploma with 8 years' experience.
- Internal Candidates: Diploma with 5 years as Library Assistant (MA 3 grade 1).
- Salary: Rs. 74,010 – 124,330 (Basic: Rs. 59,552).
5. Library Assistant
- Degree in Library Science OR Diploma with 3 years’ experience in an HEI library.
- Salary: Rs. 53,940 – 94,980 (Basic: Rs. 45,722).
6. Technical Officer
- HNDE / NDT / equivalent qualification (NVQ Level 6+) with 2 years’ experience.
- Salary: Rs. 50,540 – 90,270 (Basic: Rs. 43,379).
7. Store Keeper
- G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects incl. language & maths) and G.C.E. A/L (3 subjects).
- Completed IT/Typist/Stenography course.
- Internal Candidates: 5 years in minor grades with the above qualifications.
- Salary: Rs. 46,220 – 84,350 (Basic: Rs. 40,403).
8. Hostel Warden / Hostel Matron
- Same qualifications as Store Keeper.
- Salary: Rs. 46,220 – 84,350 (Basic: Rs. 40,403).
9. Technician
- G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects with 2 credits) and NVQ Level 4.
- 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Internal Candidates: 5 years in PL I/II with the above qualifications.
- Salary: Rs. 43,280 – 67,040 (Basic: Rs. 38,387).
10. Driver
- G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects with 2 credits) and a valid Heavy Duty Driving License.
- 2 years’ experience.
- Internal Candidates: 5 years in PL I/II with the above qualifications.
- Salary: Rs. 43,280 – 67,040 (Basic: Rs. 38,387).
