Position: Management Assistant
Organization: Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka
Qualifications:
External Candidates:
- G.C.E. (O/L): 6 subjects in one sitting with 4 credit passes including:
- Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics.
- G.C.E. (A/L): 3 subjects (excluding General Paper)
Internal Candidates:
- Same O/L requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of satisfactory service in a permanent Primary Level post.
Salary:
- MA 1-1-2025 Scale: Rs 46,220 – 83,390 + approved allowances.
General Conditions:
- Must be Sri Lankan citizens of good character and health.
- Entitled to EPF and ETF.
- Government officers must apply through their Department Head.
- Only qualified, shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
- Must submit certified copies of qualifications with the application.
- Internal recruits: salary per Establishment Code; external: initial step of the scale.
