Qualifications:
- Applicants should be between 20-27 years old, preferably residing in Colombo, Gampaha, and Kalutara Districts. Requires a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in leasing, sales, or marketing, with a preference for experience in the banking or NBFI sector. Educational background includes G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics, and full or part qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking are an added advantage. Essential skills include excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, a sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies, and fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) with proficiency in English. Candidates should possess an outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales.
