Qualifications:

Age between 20-27 years. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in leasing, sales, or marketing, with a preference for experience in the banking or Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector. Possession of G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics. Full or partial qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking are considered an advantage. Demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. A sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies. Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) along with proficiency in English. An outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales.
