Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with being partly or fully qualified in professional accounting bodies such as CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent. They must have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, including hands-on exposure to both audit and tax functions, and a solid understanding of Sri Lankan tax laws and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Excel is required. Additionally, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
