Qualifications (Summary):

General: Must be a Sri Lankan citizen, possess suitable physical/mental health, and excellent ethical character. Age: 18 to 45 years as of the deadline.
Common Educational Requirement: Passed six (06) subjects at G.C.E. (O/L) with two (02) credit passes (C) in not more than two sittings.
Driver Grade III: Requires a Heavy Vehicle Driving License and a minimum of three (03) years of driving experience after obtaining the license.
Housekeeper and Cook Grade III: Satisfy common educational requirement AND hold an NVQ Level 2/3 or higher proficiency certificate from a recognized technical/vocational institution OR have one (01) year of relevant service experience with technical skills.
Work Assistant Grade III: Satisfy the common educational requirement only.

Salary Scales (Plus Government-Approved Allowances):

Driver Grade III (U-PL 3(III)): Rs. 48,005 - 16 x 490 - Rs. 55,845 p.m.
Housekeeper and Cook Grade III (U-PL 2(III)): Rs. 44,575 - 16 x 490 - Rs. 52,415 p.m.
Work Assistant Grade III (UPL 1(III)): Rs. 42,775 - 16 x 450 - Rs. 49,975 p.m.
