Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems from a UGC-recognized university.
• G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics, and English in no more than two sittings.
• A certificate in programming languages (e.g., Java) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PHP) from a recognized institution.
• Three years of post-qualification experience in web editing or development.
• Skills in Database Management Systems (MySQL/MSSQL) and Web Servers (Apache, IIS) are an advantage.
• Be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Physically sound and of excellent moral character.
• Age between 22 and 35 years at the closing date (the upper limit doesn't apply to internal candidates).
