Qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
- Must have passed six subjects with two credit passes at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in no more than two sittings
- Must possess a National Vocational Skills (NVQ) Level 4 or higher certificate from a recognized Technical/Vocational Training Institution
- Must have at least three years of active experience in the relevant field
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job duties
- Must be between 18 and 45 years of age as of the application deadline, though the maximum age limit does not apply to those already in public service
- Must be of excellent character and in good health
- Must have fulfilled all required qualifications by the application deadline
