Qualifications	Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka. Passed at least six subjects at GCE (O/L) with five credits, including Mathematics, English, and Sinhala/Tamil in one sitting, OR six "C" passes at Edexcel/Cambridge O/L, including English and Mathematics in one sitting. At least three simple passes at GCE (A/L) in one sitting (excluding General English) OR three "E" passes at Edexcel/Cambridge A/L in one sitting. Passing General English is an added advantage. Age between 18 and 23 years as of 27.07.2025. Good communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English. Computer literacy. Excellent people skills. Ability to work under pressure and with high integrity. Target-oriented and multi-skilled. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends. Not eligible if currently pursuing or admitted to university degree programs.
Salary	A monthly training allowance will be paid during the training period.
