Qualifications:
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Passed a minimum of 06 subjects at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination with at least 03 credit passes for English, Sinhala /Tamil Language, and Mathematics in one sitting.
- Possess a Diploma/professional qualification in secretarial practices relevant to a confidential secretary from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or similar capacity in a public or private sector organization.
- Preference for those who have been a Confidential Secretary / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to a corporate or executive management member in a Financial Institution.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Required to work extended hours and during weekends.
- Appealing personality with social etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Good command of speaking and writing skills in Sinhala and English; ability to converse in Tamil is advantageous.
- Age preferably below 50 years as of the application closing date.
