Qualifications:
- Sri Lankan citizenship
- Passed at least 5 subjects in G.C.E. O/L in one sitting
- Minimum rank: Lance Corporal (Army), Able Seaman (Navy), Leading Aircraftman (Air Force), Constable (Police) or higher
- At least 5 years of consecutive service in Armed Forces or Police (retired)
- Preference for those with 1+ year experience in a commercial bank's security role
- Valid driving and motorcycle license
- Height: Male – 5’4”+, Female – 5’2”+
- Skills in firefighting, bomb disposal, self-defense, use of modern security tech
- Sports/athletics involvement
- English and interpersonal skills
