Job Profile:
- Checking titles and preparing title reports.
- Assisted senior legal officers in drafting and executing legal documents (security documents, bank agreements, etc.).
- Managing legal tasks such as document preparation, research, and document management.
Qualifications:
- Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public.
- Preferably below 30 years old.
- 2–3 years of experience in court and national legal work.
- Licensed as a Notary in English within the Colombo district.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and Sinhala (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
