Qualifications:
- Works Engineer (Civil) Grade III:
- B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) or BET degree with relevant experience and ECSL registration
- OR National Diploma in Technology with 7+ years of experience and ECSL registration
- Personal Secretary:
- Degree with 3+ years of experience
- OR Diploma with secretarial certification and 5+ years of experience
- Must have computer application skills and stenography abilities
Selection Criteria:
- Works Engineer: Structured interview with a minimum 40% pass mark
- Personal Secretary: Written test (University System, IQ, IT Skills, Communication) followed by a structured interview
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 50,625+ with increments and government allowances
- Provident Fund & Pension Scheme contributions
- Employees Trust Fund (3% by employer)
